How long to stay
What to bring.Whatever is specifically requested. This includes items that are to be transported that seem to have no bearing on your life.A voters card, passport, or birth certificate. Something to entertain yourself. This could be a wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, book, puzzle, singular game, laptop computer, needlepoint, or personal body part. If you cannot entertain yourself, please, DO NOT COME.
What clothes to pack.One pair of long pants, one pair of shorts, one long sleeve shirt, one pair socks, one bathing suit, one sweatshirt or sweater, one pair on rubber soled shoes, sunglasses, and a tee shirt per day. Bring hiking boots if you plan on exploring the Island. |
What NOT to bring:Do not bring any music device that does not run on headphones.Do not bring any sporting equipment except fishing gear. Do not bring rain gear. Do not bring unannounced food surprises unless cleared with the BD. Do not ask to bring anything home that hasn't been cleared by the BD in private conversation. CHILDREN, except on Friday, Saturday and Sunday unless they are attending camp with our children.
